Item worked while testing it after purchasing. Stored it in the ¡®hurricane¡¯ bin. Needed it for Hurricane Milton – would not power on. Would not charge via wall outlet. Would not charge via handcrank, and would not power on with new batteries. Total waste of money and now past the return window. Very disappointing.

Testing this radio for my review I found the specifications of this radio to be extremely accurate. It came with a full charge and left it running 32 hours and it still had 2 bars left. I used the hand crank to bring it up the 3 bars then set it in the sun for 4 ours and it was fully charged again. Four of the seven NOAA channels come in crystal clear. It states there are seven channels but at the time of testing I only heard four of them. The flashlight and reading light are very bright, almost too bright depending upon your intended use. It takes three triple A batteries, so you have multiple ways of powering this radio. I found this radio very easy to navigate with a quality build and highly recommend for any emergency kit.

I had to have bought this thing over a year ago and it still works great. The sound quality is clear, its easy to tune, and there’s a bunch of helpful emergency features like a weather band, lights, and phone charger. Six months ago my town got hit by a major snow storm and it was helpful to get updates and have lights wen the power went down.

With the state of the current climate, I think everyone should have one of these emergency radios in their home. This radio was exactly what I needed. When the weather gets back, we frequently have power outages. While I keep candles around, they can be a hazard. When the power goes out now, I immediately grab the emergency radio. I can keep up with the weather, charge my phone, light up a room. I love that you have several options for keeping your radio powered. This product definitely provides critical necessities in a powerless environment. I also will say the quality is there as well. Do yourself a favor!

It has a solar cell and a hand crank to charge it. It plugs in to be charged too with a USB-C port. It also has a USB out port to charge or run other devices. It has a flashlight with 2 settings and an internal lighting with 2 settings. The solar cell flips up so you can angle it toward a light source but under it there is a row of LEDs that also light up. It has local AM and FM raido frequencies that you can listen to. I took off one star because often the numbers shown on the screen do not match the station you are listening to. There is also a battery compartment where you can install 3 AAA batteries.

I ordered this for my emergency backpack when I am outsides. It works good with batteries and is easy to use. If the batteries die it is good to have the option of solar power or the hand crank although I don’t think that works for a longer time. The weather radio is lightweight and has a compact design. The LED lights are bright and powerful.

This radio arrived in the middle of a storm and power outage at my home. I didn’t realize the battery was fully charged so left it in the box. When the power came back on , I unpacked it and prepared to charge it, only to discover it was fully charged! I keep it on my dining room table in the center of my house ~ I listen to it every morning for the updated weather. I have since lost power twice and am grateful to have had this close by so that I could use not only the flashlight but the LED lights on top to light my way. I am disabled and use a walker so it is easy to carry around with that also ~ having a strap and a carabiner! I highly recommend this radio to all!

I loved that there are four different ways to power the radio, so options are available in any situation. Its picks up stations easily. After moving to the Deep South and never having to worry about tornadoes or hurricanes I thought it wise to purchase a weather band radio. So thankful I did! Received it on Tuesday and actually had to use it the next day! We were under a tornado warning and even tho our iPhones sent a storm warning I turned on the radio and immediately got a weather band station that not only informed us about a tornado warning that was close to where we lived. It informed us of the wind speed, rain and where it was. I am so glad of this purchase, you may say it is truly a ¡°life saver¡±. The only downside is that the charging cord for phones won¡¯t fit our iPhones. I put in batteries before I used it and plan on using batteries instead of the hang crank. The volume is clear, the warning signal is loud, the flashlight is very bright and has two settings of low and high. The radio is small and well made. Even has a compass! I love it!!

This emergency radio has proven to be an incredibly versatile and reliable tool for my emergency preparedness kit. This portable radio offers multiple power options, including solar, hand crank, and USB charging, ensuring that it remains functional even in the most challenging situations. The AM/FM/SW/NOAA weather alert capabilities provide comprehensive coverage, keeping me informed about weather conditions and emergency alerts. One of the standout features is the built-in cellphone charger, which is a lifesaver during power outages. The radio also includes a flashlight and reading lamp, adding to its functionality in low-light conditions. The SOS alarm is a crucial feature for signaling for help in an emergency. The only minor downside is that the hand crank requires a fair amount of effort to generate sufficient power, but this is a small trade-off for the peace of mind it provides. This radio is a must-have for any DIY enthusiast or anyone looking to enhance their emergency preparedness. Its reliability, multiple power options, and additional features make it a highly recommended tool for staying safe and informed during emergencies.

This is a great emergency radio to have on hand during any type of power/weather emergency. Offering tuning for AM, FM, Shortwave, and NOAA weather alerts, it has you covered during an emergency. Includes an AC adapter and has a built in battery, plus can be powered by 3 AAA batteries or charged by solar panel or by hand cranking, there’s no worry about getting it powered some way or another in a pinch. The built in battery can also be used to charge your phone in an emergency, though I prefer to keep battery banks on hand for that. It has a built in flashlight and lamp and is IPX3 rated so has some water resistance. Everyone should have an emergency radio handy, preferably before in an emergency situation. This one’s a good value and great choice for that.

We used this once or twice in the past decade or so. Always stored it in an indoor climate-controlled closet, without any AAA batteries (only the rechargeable lithium ion battery was left inside the unit during storage). Then, when I went to use it yesterday, I installed fresh AAA Duracell batteries (and I tested their charge with a battery tester) but the weather radio shut off after less than I minute, and I noticed it was hot near the AAA battery compartment. When I took off the AAA battery cover, I felt one of the AAA batteries was extremely hot to the touch, suggesting a short-circuit in the unit. If I had not noticed in time, the battery would have eventually exploded. There were no visible foreign objects nor corrosion in the battery compartment. I replaced the AAA with a fresh batch, same issue. The most likely explanation is an internal short-circuit in the unit. I tried to dismantle the unit to inspect, but two of the screws are stripped, which is surprising because I’ve never touched those screws before. Based on the two stripped screws and the overall quality of the visible materials, I am concluding the circuitry of the entire unit is likely of low quality too.

This is a very good emergency radio with tons of features. Not sure how much I would use the AM/FM radio, don’t really know too much about SW but it has all the NOAA channels (make sure to check out NOAA’s webpage to find out what station you need as there are a few to choose from in my area). The lights on it are pretty good especially for a radio. There are a few ways to charge it. I have not tried charging the battery via solar, but it charged very quick when I plugged it into the wall. Also, I used the hand crank, and it gave it power right away. If you live in an area that is susceptible to hurricanes or bad weather, don’t pass up on this radio.

I was really surprised with this item! I got it for camping and bad weather. I decided to give it a wind and check it out. The radio picks up A LOT! It has a super “night light” to it that they call a reading light. The flashlight is AWESOME with 2 settings! The added compass is a cool little bonus. I think I may keep this unpacked and use it around the house! If you are concerned about being in a place with no power, this is a GREAT item to get. It has SO many little bells and whistles that I can see most people really using and even enjoying!!! BTW, I never ran out of juice and the radio was playing over an hour later after the initial winding! Dont forget it is also SOLAR powered.

I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my Dad for Father’s Day, just before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. I had no power for over 7 days and this radio worked well providing emergency weather data, radio access, and lighting at night. I mostly recharged it in my car so I didn’t need to use the hand crank. I tried solar charging it but that took quite a bit of time. I found charging the phone with it took a lot of energy so I charged my phone in my car as well. I like that it’s compact and eliminates the need of multiple items. Overall this was a handy item to have during the hurricane.

Hurricane Beryl showed me the local news sources were less than accurate in their reporting of the storm Seemed their primary objective was to make people believe the world was ending This will enable us to get accurate information from NOAA but then again it is from the government so¡.

We just got this, since we were without power due to tornado passing through our area. Came very quickly. The power came on just seconds before it arrived. Didn’t have power for about 17 hours but if that happens again it will be nice to use. Was easy to follow the instructions. Like the setup – the reading light is very very bright, the flashlight is good. Was able to pick up radio stations AM and FM and weather alert – haven’t used the SW. Love the fact that it has SOS in case we are in a situation were we have to be rescued. Haven’t really had a need to use it but if we do, we will update this review. The battery life – I have no idea as we haven’t had it for even 24 hours.

It has all the features advertised but in the end I’m sure there are better choices. Audio quality is terrible and oscillates throughout the broadcast during weather alerts. It cuts out to where you miss parts of the transmission. I only live 35 miles from the transmitter so unless the internals are real junk I dismiss that as a cause. The battery charging systems work well and as advertised. The accessory lights work well and would be very novel in a camping situation. In the end I wish I could have tried it first. This could well be an exception but it is the only one I have to look at.

We decided to get this ahead of the hurricane that was due to plow through the area. thankfully we didn’t need to use it as we didn’t lose power, but we did test it to see how well it works. It does everything it says it does and picked up several radio stations. The crank feature is great in case we ever need it, and I appreciate that it can charge my phone if we ever need that. I just went through Hurricane Milton. I have 3 battery operated radios. As far as the broadcast band weather information there was only talk radio and music available. Most present day radio stations are remote stations. One company owns and operates multiple stations. The studio where the disk jockey is will more than likely in a different location like far from you. The talk radio stations had people calling in about a tree in the yard down or when they lost electrical power. It helped them to have someone to talk to. On the other hand the actual weather reporting was thin. I never heard about the location of the the storm or its direction or the wind speed. So it was limited to frightened people. I really needed storm information. This radio will give you frightened people etc and most important NOAA broadcast information.. I will not be in the blind next time. Sitting in the dark with no clue what is going on and having only strong wind and noise for my report was not pleasant.

This is a decent all around emergency radio. It has NOAA weather and emergency alerts, FM, AM and short wave. It¡¯s rechargeable, has a plug, or you can use regular batteries, solar power, or hand crank. There is also a usb to connect your phone for a quick charge. I did not test. Also has a reading light and flashlight. I did test the radio signals, as in my home sometimes I have trouble picking up signal, but I had no problems getting signal with any of the band widths. Easy to use. It also has an emergency weather alert button and if a bad weather alert is issued for your area it will sound an alarm. Good thing to have. Pleased with the purchase.

Around spring time where I live, we have storms that produce hail and tornadoes. It’s a wonderful combination. If the power goes out there’s not much information available sometimes, so it can be scary. I got this right about the time the weather was starting to get worse and it was used within the first week after it arrived. It does all that it says it can do, and provided my family with exactly what we needed during one of those scary times. Now for complaints, it has lots of features like locks and tuning that you must read about beforehand, because they are not very intuitive without prior knowledge. Make sure to read the instructions and learn to use it before you actually need it. Otherwise, I have no other complaints and I am extremely please with the great design and planning put into this device.

What a neat all in one radio! And cheap! Multiple charging up methods, hand crank being the most important one. It can be used to power your phone, reading light, a flashlight, siren, and every radio band you would need. Reception was clear and volume max is 16 on their dial which is loud but not too loud. Four power sources (crank generator, solar cells, lithium rechargeable batteries and replaceable batteries). Good reception, good sound quality. Solid enclosure. Flashlight (spot) and flood light. Digital tuner (my last emergency radio had an old fashioned variable capacitor with terrible resolution). This one checks all the boxes. Even has a clock (but only works in 12h mode). One weakness: when the power button is pushed, the band button must then be pushed to activate the radio. Who thought that was OK? AM stations sound horrible, but maybe that is normal.

This emergency alert radio I bought is a must have for your home. In a widespread or sudden emergency, you need to know what is going on, to stay safe. It is lightweight, and so easy to use. There are 5 ways to power the unit, so you never have to worry about it not working. It also has 2 different lights on it-one is a reading light and the other one is a flashlight, and both lights have 2 different modes, so you can have them on bright light or normal light, and I was surprised how bright they both are. There are so many functions on this radio, like one feature is a lock button, so if you put the lock on, all the buttons are locked, and nothing can be changed or shut off accidently. Press the weather alert button, and you get all 7 NOAA weather stations. You can put it on standby mode, and it will alert you by sounding a audible sound, and a red light alert. We are very happy with this purchase, and plan to buy another one to have at our lake home.

I¡¯m seriously impressed with this weather radio. It¡¯s compact and well made, and has a ton of extra features that make it super handy in an emergency. First the digital display makes it really easy to find the correct weather radio frequency for your area. My old weather radio had an analog tuner so it was difficult to land on the correct frequency. Next, this includes both a focused flash light and a more broad reading light. Super handy in a power outage. And this can be used as a power bank to charge your phone via a USB cable. Another really nice feature of power is out. And there are several different ways to charge this unit – regular USB charging, battery, solar charging, and hand crank if needed. So no matter what you¡¯ll be able to keep this running during a storm. Reception was very good. I could hear the local weather radio station very clearly, and this includes an am fm radio for regular radio listening. This is also quite compact so it¡¯s very easy to store in your basement or vehicle. I would 100% recommend it. This would also make a great gift for a new homeowner or married couple.

Seeing the devastation of world weather events and emergencies made me reevaluate my preparedness. I¡¯m not going to claim that possessing this emergency radio has solved my angst, but I like the idea of having something that could be very helpful in a power outage or other type of emergency. I¡¯m not the best at keeping my devices charged and I like that this is multifunctional and chargeable by hand crank or solar if necessary. I don¡¯t use this as a daily radio because the sound quality from its relatively small antenna isn¡¯t the best. But that¡¯s not what I want it for. I am pleased that it appears to hold a charge well and that is important to me. I received this radio and charged it fully twenty days ago. I got this in case of emergencies, but I didn¡¯t want to have something on that would disturb my sleep. I ordered an AC adapter plug that was not included unless there was an alert. [The recommended adapter is: AC 100-240V 50/60Hz input, DC 5V=2A output] I turned the radio on, but turned the volume completely down so I didn¡¯t hear the national weather service all day or night. They do tests and the alarm was so loud, it would wake you out of a deep sleep. I have not needed it for an emergency, but this would be great during tornado season. To be clear, I got this specifically for the NOAA station. It does get regular radio. I was not impressed with the reception for regular radio and there was even a some static for NOAA.

The SW band is 2.3-23 Mhz. I was playing around with it, and got some foreign stations. Not the best reception. As far as the WX band, it’s pretty standard. It has a passive alert that you can turn on and set a timer. This radio has a lot of features my old weather hand crank radio didn’t have, like rechargeable lithium batteries and AA backups. Apparently it can switch between the two is one is low. I have not played with the solar charging, but it looks like it’s for emergencies only. Overall, I’m happy with it. I got it to replace my old one, which wouldn’t take a solar charge anymore. I just keep it charged all the time.

This is a great little emergency radio. The charge lasts for some time and the hand crank charge work relatively well. Also the fact that I can charge it like any other device as well as add batteries makes it that much better. I tested the ability to charge my phone from the radio and was able to fully charge it with about 1/4th of the radio battery left. Lastly the reception for the NOAA weather stations as well as regular radio stations is pretty good.

I bought this to replace old nova radio. This has all the bells and whistles. I love the added Flashlight. It was smaller that I expected, but that makes it easier to move. Hang on the wall. Includes a clip to hand on belt or purse for easy transport. When weather bad. Electricity. And internet leaves us. Need self generating way to warn us. LOVE THE SOLAR PANEL and hand crank. Every family should have one. NOT only has am, fm, but also short wave mode Great gift for Father’s Day, XMAS.

I purchased this radio for its flexibility – it can operate by an internal battery, an external power source, or a battery that can be recharged by a hand crank or a solar cell. Perfect for when the lights go out due to a power failure. The sound quality is good and it is able to tune in stations far from where I live. The only drawback, so far, is that the AM reception is poor but since I listen mostly to FM, that is not a problem for me.

I briefly reviewed the features when I received it and was impressed with flashlight. I was able to find a weather channel that was reasonably clear to hear. I did not listen to music which was not my intent when getting the radio. It is reasonably priced and provides some access to outside world when when power is lost. Happy it operates on batteries as well as the ability to crank power.

I received one for Christmas in2023. When Hurricane Helene hit WNC in September, this was my only contact with the outside world for days. I think it saved my sanity! I ordered several as gifts for friends. Everyone was grateful for theirs. The reception is great, even back here in the mountains. We can charge our cell phones, and the flash light is so handy. Be sure to charge them up when you can, and then, the build in battery last a very long time. They’re light and compact, easy to store, carry, and tune. I recommend everyone get at least one. You may think you’ll never need one, but the power can go out any where and really, I never imagined a hurricane would devastate the mountains of North Carolina.

This radio is perfect for my use in the shop and camping trips – it doubles as a backup battery and otherwise, runs for 60 hrs on a single charge (radio only) by my own usage. But the service by the company is most impressive. A few weeks after I got the radio, the power button was loose but still worked. I emailed the company directly and received a response immediately saying that they would gladly replace it – a new radio, and that I could keep the first radio w/o sending it back. Now I have one for the shop and one for the tent.

There isn¡¯t anything I don¡¯t like about this little emergency radio. In fact 3 people besides myself purchased one for them me telling them about mine. The price first was amazing. I couldn¡¯t believe the amount it was sold for . The different stations were one reason I purchased it. The clarity as well as the sound. I liked the fact that you could also use regular batteries for this radio if you have absolutely had to. Or plug it in and it held an amazing hold. I live in Southern New England and there was a massive power outage last week which affected my state, as well as others. This occurred about 12 midnight, during which I was still up, and we lost all electricity. All I had was a small flashlight and limited power on my cellphone. I really didn¡¯t like feeling so helpless, especially since local agencies were no help in giving feedback regarding how long the blackout conditions would last. So that¡¯s what prompted me to search for a product that would put my mind at ease should a power outage occur again in the future. I¡¯m very happy with my purchase in as far as I¡¯ve been able to ascertain how I will be able to use it under different emergency conditions. The easily available alternative means of power, including the option for the triple A batteries power source, helps me to feel secure, as well as the radio being waterproof, light-weight, and loaded with additional safety features.

I’m pretty impressed with this emergency radio. The build looks really solid and durable. I love the rugged look to it. The features are also impressive for the price point. You can use this radio as a power bank, as back up light, and of course as a radio and for emergency alerts. It also has a small solar panel for backup power if you’re really out in the wilderness. The radio is pretty easy to use and to charge. The antenna receives radio signals pretty well; I didn’t notice any difference from say, my car’s reception of radio signal. The volume is solid, too, and again, the quality looks pretty good and durable. I’m very happy with this radio and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

FYI – I accidentally ordered (2) of these and only needed one, liked it so much I decided to keep the 2nd one. However, to note – While I was charging them up, I noticed that one has a micro-usb port and the other has a usb-c port instead ! Ok, so now I have more options if emergency arises (like there are not enough anyways..*AAA, Hand Crank, USB, USB-C (or Micro), Solar,). Tested to charge my insulin pump controller that usually takes forever to charge, USB to USB-C, took 30 mins to go from 70% to 100% on a not yet fully charged Radio. 5 stars really for the durability and the price point, well worth what I paid.

We have had other weather and band radios before, but this one is awesome. We were in the path of hurricane Milton. We needed a radio that would broadcast weather and other bands to keep us safe. This radio MORE than meets these needs. Not knowing how long we might be without power and/or sufficient batteries, this radio has a solar battery power that will charge the radio. It also has a powerful flashlight, light to read by, or play games by, a Morse code signal and an aural signal that is loud to attract help; and it¡¯s LOUD. I can¡¯t say enough about this device. It was truly a comfort and great help to us. I have since purchased this for my entire family to keep them safe, or even just for casual camping trips as one never knows what could possibly happen. To be fair I should first explain the circumstances leading to my purchased this product – it was nightime and we were having really nasty winds when our aluminum sided house started making metallic groaning sounds that I had never heard before. Unnerved, I went to check our trusty old NOAA radio only to find it had lost the signal and couldn’t find one. With more nasty weather in the general weather forcast, I found that would get this unit into my hands less than 12 hours later – i.e. first thing ithe neext morning. So, this was a purchase not so much of choice but more of necessity. So, It would be and is better lhan nothing. Now, on to the review:: It is a relatively inexpensive ‘Swiss Army Knife’ of emergency radios. It has lots of features – most of wihich I can live without. It is portable but I intensly dislike the primary power source being its internal battery. and not being able to just plug it in directly for home use. Supposedly the battery can be recharged by crank, or solar but I’m just keepiing the usb port plugged in.. It might work well for camping or when vacationing away from.home. With all its functions I wasn’t even sure i’d set it up properly to standby for notifications.. In the wee hours of this morning I found our that yes indeed I had properly set it up – we were wakened by a “near shore marine” warning. That warning emphasized a MAJOR OVERSIGHT in the design of this unit – there is no way to turn off alerts which don’t apply.. As someone who doesn’t appreciate being unnecessarily waken up for “emergencies” that don’t apply that flaw is a deal breaker. In my opinion the absense being able select which optional alerts you want is a major flaw in a tool that will wake you up from a sound sleep. So while it works, the best I can give it is 2 stars and I won’t recommed it. Oh and as a final note – that groaning metal sound I mentioned at the beginning of this review. – it turns out the wiind was trying to peel some of the decorative aluminum shutters from the windows,,,,

Some of the things I like about this radio. It has a flashlight, reading light, solar panel to maintain the charge, hand crank to charge the radio, and the ability to charge your phone from the built-in battery pack. It also has a small compass to help orientate you in the direction you need to go/ or going. Feels like it’s durable enough to get the job done. The things I don’t like as well: While it could be caused by the distance from the weather stations, I’m unable to pick up any of the weather radio frequencies. I can pick up FM frequencies, but not any AM, or Weather radio frequencies. Overall, I figure the inability to get many radio stations/ weather radio frequencies is due to the distance. As other weather radios I have, don’t work very well in my area.

I like the many tuner features and the multiple methods to recharge in an emergency. This appears to be a solid, well-built device that has the potential to help in any weather situation. Did not like that only one noaa band could be picked up but a quick response from support reassured me that was not uncommon and even typical. Thumbs up for this product!

The radio works and it’s easy to use (no weird maneuvers to program your NOAA station) but I had to knock a star off due to the short antenna. I use this radio in a heavily wooded, off-grid, rural location and the 14″ antenna only allowed me to pick up the NOAA station to the east – not the one in the west where all the weather comes from. I solved the problem by swapping the antenna with the longer one off the broken NOAA weather radio it replaced (an easy enough fix due to them being held in place with one screw), but you’d think they’d have a longer antenna in the first place since that part is one of the most important parts of the radio.

There is a lot of functionality in this little radio. I have used it during bad storms and it performed flawlessly. No matter what station I tune it to, the reception is great and the sound is clear. I scanned for weather and received clear, timely information. It has a clear display that includes a clock. There is also a flashlight. It can be powered by electrical outlet, batteries, or there is also a crank for emergency power. It is very well made and sturdy. There is also a carrying strap, but it is small enough to fit in any pack. Great product.

I live in Oklahoma & not too far from an area of the state that gets many tornadoes during storm season. This emergency radio is helpful to have on hand & is a great addition to the preparedness kit I keep in the closet under my stairs. I specifically wanted one with a hand crank in case it loses charge, a loud alarm, and flashing lights so I could signal if needed *knocks on wood*. It’s just a bonus to me that it also has several other light options for keeping the space bright & can charge my phone.

Does not pull in anything short wave. Doesn’t matter where, when, or how you position it. In the city, in the country, upstairs, basement. Nothing. FM pulls in a bare signal on a couple of bands. I get more radio signal on my old mercury tooth filling when I face north. Weather pulls on one band. Sometimes. I really was looking for a unit that would work the short wave well in case the power situation gets critical soon. For the amount of money you spend on this small undersized overpriced plastic unit, keep looking. I’m going to give this to my 3 year old grandson to throw in his parent’s back yard pool. Believe me, I did not get this free to write a good review.

Bates John –
Holbrook James –
Everything on it works well. Great emergency backup.

White John –

With the state of the current climate, I think everyone should have one of these emergency radios in their home. This radio was exactly what I needed. When the weather gets back, we frequently have power outages. While I keep candles around, they can be a hazard. When the power goes out now, I immediately grab the emergency radio. I can keep up with the weather, charge my phone, light up a room. I love that you have several options for keeping your radio powered. This product definitely provides critical necessities in a powerless environment. I also will say the quality is there as well. Do yourself a favor!
Anderson Ronald –

I bought this for my emergency go bag and it brings me relief to know I can have so many products in one and such a high quality. It¡¯s easy to use the crank and to have such a variety of ways to bring a charge to the device is awesome. If you¡¯re building an emergency bag and want to worry about less items the, you need to, Buy this!
Garcia Steven –
This is a must have for people in severe weather areas.
Harlow Jerry –
Light is bright, sound is good. Have yet to had the battery die so not sure how long it lasts with continuous use. No issues with reception. Very user friendly.
McClure Justin –
It has a solar cell and a hand crank to charge it. It plugs in to be charged too with a USB-C port. It also has a USB out port to charge or run other devices. It has a flashlight with 2 settings and an internal lighting with 2 settings. The solar cell flips up so you can angle it toward a light source but under it there is a row of LEDs that also light up. It has local AM and FM raido frequencies that you can listen to. I took off one star because often the numbers shown on the screen do not match the station you are listening to. There is also a battery compartment where you can install 3 AAA batteries.
Walker Justin –
I ordered this for my emergency backpack when I am outsides. It works good with batteries and is easy to use. If the batteries die it is good to have the option of solar power or the hand crank although I don’t think that works for a longer time. The weather radio is lightweight and has a compact design. The LED lights are bright and powerful.
Jackson Mark –
The unit is ideal for it purpose. I enjoy the different functions and the multiple power systems.
Rodriguez David –
Barton Patrick –
This little emergency radio is so necessary and super convenient with its solar charging. I was able to get rid of my other emergency radio that runs off batteries and now won’t worry
Herring Jeffrey –
This is a good weather radio with a regular antenna to allow good reception in your safe room. It’s pretty straightforward to operate and has the features you want for emergencies. You can only use half of the battery. When the battery indicator reaches half then radio shuts off and you can’t even use the flashlight or anything. It just turns off.

Parsons Nora –
I loved that there are four different ways to power the radio, so options are available in any situation. Its picks up stations easily. I have yet to try to charge a phone with it, but its main function is perfect. The flashlight is very powerful, I do wonder how much it would drain the battery, but I¡¯m very happy with the purchase.
Nguyen Adam –
We take it camping and also take it down into our storm shelter. Reception is great inside our house, inside our storm shelter, we have to put it close to the door, but it works, we’re happy with it.
Ashby Sarah –
This emergency radio is perfect for when power goes off due to storms. Bought it for hurricane season for our FL 2nd home. It arrived promptly, going to purchase another one for our WI home, as periodically we have bad storms with tornado warnings. Just the right size !
Booth James –
I love it!!
Melton Alexander –
Smaller then I expected radio works well in both am and fm I like you can turn on weather alert and soon as the national weather center issues alert you are notified love it has six ways to charge great little weather radio this radio could save your life easy to carry with you I like it has two flashlights sos siren this radio has all the stuff you need I put 3 tripple a battery s in it every thing is basic and easy to use you don’t have to be tech savvy to use this

Multiple power sources + ability to charge small electronics off it, and great weather radio information. Perfect for any home affected by violent weather and for camping. Update: Bought June 2019, used 2x, tried using a 3rd time 15 months later and the radio is broken. Not worth buying.

I live in Hawaii we have rolling black outs no power for hours with this I can keep up on what¡¯s happening and have something to listen to.

I purchased for a grab and go emergency bag. I tried it out to make sure it works but have not tested for battery length etc.

Size allows it to sit in very small area. Needs to do a better job of fine tuning and locking on to station.

The emergency station comes in strong. Also tried tuning an FM station that is weak and hard to hear. This unit brought it in very clearly, so I feel it will serve me well!

Anyone who has a vested interest in being prepared for mother nature or other disasters, this is a great stand-by radio for NOAA alerts. Very nice little weather radio. Does a lot of things. Great investment for hurricane season.
Clark Brooklyn –
This light does it all. Have not used it yet, but if we have another Hurricane it will come in handy.
Walker Jacob –
Torres Claire –
Works well, it was bought to have on hand for emergingly use, power outages, weather warnings.
Duffy Edward –
I’m very happy with my hand crank radio. I wanted something to see to give see information when my electricity cuts out when there is a bad storm here. This happens more often than you would think and without electricity my cell phone dies quickly. This hand crank radio can keep me informed of what is happening outside my home while also allowing my cell phone to be recharged. i think this is an item every household should have.
Taylor Richard –
It is everything as described!
Frost James –
Super fast shipping, excellent product!!!

It was a little smaller then I imaged, but it works perfectly. I really like it.
Baldwin Jason –
I’ve had some very cheap weather radios. This one has great sound so you can understand the weather report being received.
Smith James –
Great little radio, light, reading light, crank, solar charge, and source for the National Weather Service. Small but did the job. So glad I had it when the electricity went out in the middle of the night.

Brock Kenneth –
Works like charm. Came in a nice package! I recommend it!
Norman Gregory –
We glad we bought it and everything works as they said. We listened to the radio outside when we doing our flower beds.
Franklin Savannah –
Duarte Brooklyn –
I keep mine set on WX for severe weather alerts. Wish I had it on April first, 2023 when twisters tore through our county and killed nine people. Another important prepper item that could save your life.
Evans Charles –
This is a very good emergency radio with tons of features. Not sure how much I would use the AM/FM radio, don’t really know too much about SW but it has all the NOAA channels (make sure to check out NOAA’s webpage to find out what station you need as there are a few to choose from in my area). The lights on it are pretty good especially for a radio. There are a few ways to charge it. I have not tried charging the battery via solar, but it charged very quick when I plugged it into the wall. Also, I used the hand crank, and it gave it power right away. If you live in an area that is susceptible to hurricanes or bad weather, don’t pass up on this radio.

works ok ,a little small
Dillard John –
Mi madre lo amo le encant¨®
Frye Ryan –
This is a great solar radio when there¡¯s no power around the unit works perfectly and is a great addition to my emergency box just in case there¡¯s a crazy storm or war lol
Flores Joshua –
This was a gift for my wife. After my daughter lost power last year, have been getting things together so we would at least have some basics.
Cummings Andrew –
It has all the features we were looking for, plus some more. It works well. Test will be how long it works and if th solar feature works for charging. We turned on weather warning and you cannot sleep through that alarm, trust. me. Good product at a good price.
Lee Scott –
Compact size , didn¡¯t notice it also can be charged. Loud and light is bright ! Perfect for emergencies. We camp a lot and live in Florida so it pretty good to have for hurricane season.
Finnegan Jack –
I love everything about this radio. It may be small but it has everything I need during bad weather storms in South Texas. The radio is so clear and I can tune in to my favorite station KSBJ!
Green Lucy –
Excelente producto
Thompson Savannah –
Great for preparedness
Cain Anna –
Great value for the price.
Dodson Jack –
Nelson John –
Love my little radio. It gives you a good 7 hours of listening before you have to recharge. It’s also simple to use and has phone charging port.
Craig Joshua –
I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my Dad for Father’s Day, just before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. I had no power for over 7 days and this radio worked well providing emergency weather data, radio access, and lighting at night. I mostly recharged it in my car so I didn’t need to use the hand crank. I tried solar charging it but that took quite a bit of time. I found charging the phone with it took a lot of energy so I charged my phone in my car as well. I like that it’s compact and eliminates the need of multiple items. Overall this was a handy item to have during the hurricane.
Rivera Nicholas –
Lack of power. Maintain news. Works well. Listen now.
Conner Michael –
for emergency
Moore Joshua –
Bought this radio to have for emergencies, very happy with it.
Scott James –
Very nice, compact, great reception. Used it during Milton.
Christensen Kevin –
Nice radio. Well made. Thank you.
Brock Kevin –
The power goes out in my area a lot especially in winter. This product is very useful in that I can charge my phone and light a room when needed.
Allen Michael –
With all the craziness happening in the world I was looking for a hand crank radio that covered short wave, AM and FM and this popped to the top of the list. I hope to not have to use it but if I do I know from having tested it that it will work perfectly.
Francis Audrey –
We have been having some violent night time storms and one tornado, in our area. This little weather radio gives us peace of mind that we will be warned, day/night. Good features, radio bands, ways to power the radio and it can act as a power bank to recharge your phone. I highly recommend getting one for your home
Bush Audrey –
Instant updates with timely updates
Phillips Adam –
Does exactly what it is supposed to do.
Anderson Eleanor –
Nice to have in your backyard
Stephens Michael –
Too early to tell regarding satisfaction as i just received it. I charged it up and tuning FM stations is a little tough, even with the antenna in multiple positions. AM is ok. I haven’t tried WX or the other band. The reading light and front flashlight work. Whether the solar panel is large enough to actually charge the unit will remain a mystery at this time. I’ll do an experiment soon. Delivered promptly. So far, so good.
Herring John –
Has all the components needed in an emergency.
King Gregory –
This will come in handy in case of an emergency
Morris Lily –
Was smaller than expected but it’s a great little radio and picks up many radio stations. Very pleased!!
Parker Jason –
Great product. Would highly recommend for the quality and ease of use. great directions. Great gift item.
Ramirez Lucy –
Smaller than I thought it would be. Seems like it will work fine.
Young Joseph –
Easy to tune into the stations with clear sound. The crank works fine, but a bit noisy. Seems to be good quality and solidly built
Voss Steven –
After being disappointed with the quality of a previous radio, I bought this hoping for better luck. It was the right choice, better built and clear reception.
Thomas Lily –
I have not had to use the radio in an emergency situation to date; however, on going through the testing sequence all worked well.
Peterson Eleanor –
If for no other reason, as an emergency tool. Emergencies are a part of life, and I would rather be like the “five wise” virgins used as an analogy to describe the kingdom of God in the scripture of Matthew 25:1-13!!
Shepard Gregory –
Too early to tell regarding satisfaction as i just received it. I charged it up and tuning FM stations is a little tough, even with the antenna in multiple positions. AM is ok. Parsons Brandon –
works fine but not great sound, very little bass. But works.
Cook George –
Does so many things can¡¯t say anything bad
Hill Daniel –
Everything works
Beck Eric –
Hurricane Beryl showed me the local news sources were less than accurate in their reporting of the storm Seemed their primary objective was to make people believe the world was ending This will enable us to get accurate information from NOAA but then again it is from the government so¡.
Reed Brian –
McGuire Zoey –
I’m happy with the purchase of this compact weather radio. With multiple options for power it will surely be handy.
Foley Jerry –
Good quality, features in a compact size.
Moore Larry –
It has all the features advertised but in the end I’m sure there are better choices. Audio quality is terrible and oscillates throughout the broadcast during weather alerts. It cuts out to where you miss parts of the transmission. I only live 35 miles from the transmitter so unless the internals are real junk I dismiss that as a cause. The battery charging systems work well and as advertised. The accessory lights work well and would be very novel in a camping situation. In the end I wish I could have tried it first. This could well be an exception but it is the only one I have to look at.
Walker Zoey –
It works. Very interesting channels. Gives me peace of mind.
Johnson Richard –
Does exactly what it was created to do
Craig Scott –
A great radio for keeping track of the weather and issues during a storm.
Hodge Madison –
Had to throw out my old NOAA radio when the dials no longer moved the station selector. This one is not only reasonable, but has lots of features AND it pulls in an FM station just fine. We have a regular in ground storm shelter and the radios go with us when we have warnings.
Baker Jacob –
Everything about this compact emergency radio is fabulous! Multiple charging options-including 2 types of batteries, 2 lights, USB plugs-too many options to mention ! Lightweight, compact radio for emergencies!
McBride William –
My husband loves this item. He loves that you can charge your phone, that it has a flashlight, am and fm radio, the alarm feature which he turned on, and much more.
Duarte Andrew –
I really loved it. Works perfect and has everything I need specially to charge it (5 ways)!!!
Duarte Benjamin –
I bought this for myself then discovered that I needed a birthday gift for a brother. He was pleasantly surprised. Everything works!
Davidson Jerry –
Easy to use. Charges nicely in my southern window.
Bush Brooklyn –
ITS A QUALITY PRODUCT!
Casey Patrick –
As described, does what is needed, and has already performed as intended.
Morgan Nora –
This is the second one I¡¯ve bought! This was for My daughter. I have one and used last year in power outage worked great very clear reception for radio. 3 ways to charge a bonus!! Solar, battery and USB. Highly recommend!!
Wilson Robert –
Works as described
Hill Alexander –
Compact and everything expected.
Forbes Gregory –
Great for emergency situations, particularly like the crank recharge capability and that it can recharge cell phones.
Edwards Larry –
This is awesome to use as radio for fm am shortwave and weather channel. Can be used as light and USB charger with hooking up to the grid.
Haney Brooklyn –
The lights are bright and easy to use, and the radio works pretty well other than the dial is pretty touchy. Solar power works well and crank, I haven’t had to use real batteries at all and have had for a ew months. great purchase!
Delgado Savannah –
I bought this for my son to have for emergencies. Works immediately out of the box. Love the battery, solar , plug in and crank style. It has WR channel #5 that immediately picked up the weather station for our area. Compact and very nice. May get another for my adult children for emergencies. Plus you can charge your phone.
Turner Stephen –
The lights are very bright. Picked up radio stations with ease and I’m in area that is not easy. Can charge it by electricity too.
Watts Daniel –
Bought it to have as an emergency Radio after charging I simply leave it in the kitchen window so that the solar cells can keep the battery charged When not being used regularly. It seems to have a good receiver. It has found all of the weather channels and AM stations that would be broadcasting news if there was an emergency. I was so impressed with that. I bought another one and gave it to my daughter.
Hill Charles –
With the amount of storms lately this is a must in my home.
Guthrie Brian –
So many useful features plus fast service.
McNeil Justin –
Exactly what is needed when the electricity goes out or during an emergency away from home!
Sanchez Thomas –
Easy to set-up and use.Happy with my decision
Finnegan Donald –
Purchased for hurricane season. It is lightweight and has 3 ways to power. There is a beacon, flashlight much more. Great item if you live in an area where weather causes evacuations.
Gentry James –
We are thankful to have this alert in our home to let us know of threatening weather.
Wilson Gary –
I have this plugged in next to my first aid kit and feel like it is a valuable resource if power goes out.
Thomas Sarah –
With unexpected power outages, this radio is a godsend. Even without power we can crank the radio to receive info or have a flashlight.
Benson Skylar –
This radio exceeded my expectations. Compact but worth every cent.
Anderson Jerry –
I like all of the extra features
Jones Savannah –
This radio is a nice addition to our emergency power outage kit. I like knowing that if the cell phones die will still be able to get information and it even has a light on it.
Flores Jack –
I have had a weather radio before and this was a good choice to replace the original..
Mullen William –
Para m¨ª un excelente radio port¨¢til, buena autonomia, cave destacar que le hace falta un Bluetooth, pero calidad precio lo m¨¢ximo.
Jarvis William –
We decided to get this ahead of the hurricane that was due to plow through the area. thankfully we didn’t need to use it as we didn’t lose power, but we did test it to see how well it works. It does everything it says it does and picked up several radio stations. The crank feature is great in case we ever need it, and I appreciate that it can charge my phone if we ever need that. Hopefully we will never need to use this at all, but I am glad we have it because it ads a little extra comfort when hurricanes come through.
Edwards Stephen –
Used this radio during a 5 day power outage and it was great. Radio and light features were super!!
Moore Joshua –
Williams Eleanor –
Easy to use, great reception, hurrican ready
Dennis Thomas –
I love this little radio. It will be on my night stand next to my bed for emergency broadcasts and I can listen to my favorite music and minister of the gospel. I know I will be informed and ready for any emergency. Easy to take with you anywhere! Highly recommended!
Baker Larry –
This product works exactly like the description stated. It¡¯s light weight, easy to use. Once I received it, I opened it and used the crank to charge it. The radio was working perfectly as well as the light, which was very bright. Living in Florida and it being Hurricane Season it¡¯s a necessity. I also bought my father one and it was easy for him to use as well. Worth the money!!
Harris Ronald –
I have the product in my emergency box. I live in hurricane country.
Parsons Claire –
Helped to charge my phone and give news/weather updates. Light in front was great. Glad I purchased this!
Turner Patrick –
This radio lets us still connect to the weather when there is no electricity. The hand crank will help when the batteries get low or doesn’t work. Nice safety feature to have.
Green Claire –
This is a GREAT little emergency radio¡ or camping radio ¡ or radio with charging options for devices¡ the lights on it are VERY bright.
Mitchell Madison –
Use it in an off grid cabin, picks up stations good and if bad weather in the area I get an alert
Parker Frank –
In case of Emergencies and having a weather radio.
Harlow Mark –
This emergency radio has so many features that gives me peace of mind if an emergency situation comes up. The hand crack take ‘many’ turns to get power stored but that is the way with most of these radios. Plus, it has many other ways to charge it up including solar or rechargeable backup batteries. I can listen to the radio, set it up for emergency broadcasts and even recharge my phone.
Wynn Zoey –
This is a neat little radio. I purchased it because out power goes out frequently. I now have weather, radio, and some type of entertainment when my power goes out. It uses batteries and can be charged with solar and crank power. Definitely a great purchase for emergency outages. I really like it.
Sparks James –
The day that I sent up this NOAA radio, a real tornado touched down in Dothan, AL where I had a travel assignment. My radio sounded the alarm even before the street sirens went off. I was already hunkering down in my bathtub – my safe space. In a tornado emergency, every moment counts. I am so thrilled with this radio that I sent one to my daughter in Missouri. She feels safe; I feel better that she is safer!
Nguyen Paul –
This radio got us through hurricane Milton. Great radio!!!!
Morris Robert –
The product is great. It had everything I was looking for and wanted and more. Everything was in working order. It was packed well and shipped quick. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address and I never got it. But they sent me another one immediately and I received it with no trouble.
Craig Patrick –
Hurricane preparedness
Duarte Larry –
A friend had bought this item and I thought that it was amazing. It can be solar-powered and is re-chargeable. It can charge a cell-phone and has a radio anong other things.
Johnson Scott –
This product provides all we needed and then more. Happy we bought it!
Rodriguez Nora –
This little thing does everything it¡¯s advertised to do and gets excellent reception even in bad areas. Also, the warning goes off when bad weather is in your area, tried and true good for the money.
Kane Larry –
I’m not sure how warmth and sheerness come into play with a NOAA radio! But this radio is everything I wanted. After a long power outage caused by a hurricane (in North Georgia!) I realized I needed something like this radio. I’ve yet to need it, but now I’m prepared.
Groves Anthony –
Compact and works as advertised
Eaton Madison –
Works very nicely. Has a lockout feature so kids can¡¯t easily make changes. Don¡¯t be surprised by the weekly alarm test on Wednesdays it can startle you the first time.
Goodwin Madison –
I had a power outage for 2 days after I received this in the mail. The solar panel did well in charging up this device and also the crank feature was great in charging the battery
Franklin Paisley –
With an active hurricane season predicted this is just what we needed. Has many features that will see us through the coming storms¡. I hope!
Thatcher Adam –
Gentry Gregory –
Not overly heavy, works on solar battery as well as crank. Perfect for emergencies
White David –
Great item
Roberts Michael –
God loves it !
Anderson Michael –
I like music when I’m in the shower
Frye Scott –
As described and easy to use
Ramirez Addison –
Parker Eleanor –
THANKS SOO MUCH FOR YR VARIETY OF ITEMS IN ONE SPOT!!
Turner Jeffrey –
Small and lightweight radio I purchased to have available for power outages.
Farrell Thomas –
I am preparing and i feel this is a great additive to my home/car for safety
Jones Joshua –
Every home and auto must have fo those unexpected situations. You will never be without a source to charge your cell phone. The most important requirement. Plus the weather stations and alerts are extremely important.
Melton Paul –
On time
Evans Anna –
I live in the South land of Hurricanes this will come in handy if and when I need it !
McNeil William –
Solar, hand crank or battery this emergency radio does it all. It even has a flashlight and phone/tablet charger built in. I keep it in my Faraday Cage in case of EMP attack.
Jackson John –
Seems like all functions working. Tested Weather Alert feature; set it to “On” and then turned off the radio; device turned itself back on (and sounded loud alarm) when a new alert came in . . . just as the instruction manual said it would do. Happy with this purchase.
Wilson Kenneth –
Love this little radio. Our power went out and I used it to charge my phone while listening to the radio and when it got dark I used the light to see. I had bought it for camping but used it early. Definitely happy with my purchase. Oh I haven¡¯t even put batteries in it. It did all that with me just winding it up.
Chandler Gary –
Loved it so much that I bought one for my sister. Great price and so many terrific features!
Stewart Michael –
It surely feels great to be prepared
King Eric –
So glad we finally found the perfect portable emergency radio. Love all of the features!
Murphy Gary –
Compact but powerful, so good reception. Good for preppers.
Benson Joshua –
Product quit working within two months of purchase. Unreliable and not recommended.
McDowell William –
Small yet has so many features in case of emergency. I love it
White Anthony –
It had every feature. I tried them and they all worked fine. Thanks so much
Young Timothy –
It¡¯s good to have in case of weather emergencies I always make sure I have one to update on weather outages comes in handy when there is No power
Chapman Christopher –
Small and compact. A wonderful gift for my son, who does a lot of camping with his family. Also great because they live in an area with frequent power outages.
Campbell Ryan –
What a neat all in one radio! And cheap! Multiple charging up methods, hand crank being the most important one. It can be used to power your phone, reading light, a flashlight, siren, and every radio band you would need. Reception was clear and volume max is 16 on their dial which is loud but not too loud. Definitely a must have for emergency situations and can be used for general use too, working in the garage, sitting out back and want some music, etc. A worthwhile investment.
Drake George –
I did use this one night just to see how well it worked when we had bad storms coming through. Comes in perfectly clear. Also like that it has multiple ways to charge it and able to charge phone from it also if I ever needed to.
Stewart Dennis –
Small portable radio for when the electricity goes out.
Beck Jerry –
It¡¯s a good product
Garcia Zoey –
Great portable companion on the move.
Thatcher Jeffrey –
Nice small radio that does quite a lot !
Davis Timothy –
compact, light, lots of good features can’t rate all features as have not used but good little radio for price
Wilson Justin –
Four power sources (crank generator, solar cells, lithium rechargeable batteries and replaceable batteries). Good reception, good sound quality. Solid enclosure. Flashlight (spot) and flood light. Digital tuner (my last emergency radio had an old fashioned variable capacitor with terrible resolution). This one checks all the boxes. Even has a clock (but only works in 12h mode). One weakness: when the power button is pushed, the band button must then be pushed to activate the radio. Who thought that was OK? AM stations sound horrible, but maybe that is normal.
Wright Bella –
Put this to use immediately as we had several tornado warnings in Kentucky. Quality is good with plenty of bells and whistles. Great value
Duarte Charles –
Was a great gift for my friend.
Murphy Skylar –
This radio is amazing! It sends off emergency alerts even when it’s not on. It has literally been a lifesaver for me in rural Oklahoma. And you can charge it by solar power , a winding mechanism or by c charger. It has emergency lights and short band and weather radio and it’s also a powerbank
Thomas Zoey –
This is smaller than our previous model. We hope we won’t have to use it for a hurricane, but we are prepared (hopefully).
Anderson George –
Is what I was looking for , I am enjoying it
Jackson Andrew –
Christensen Charles –
Dean Charles –
The range features is incredible when you kearn about this weather radio! Will try out this week on a hurricane. Makes great gift!
Scott George –
I’m not one for instruction manuals and this radio and all of it’s features were real easy to figure out in a few minutes. This radio has so much to it. The flashlight in it is bright. The sound on the radio station was very good too. It has a nice quality weight to it that makes me think it’ll last forever and be something kept in the family and passed on. It’s always better safe than sorry I think to have one of these around just in case the power ever goes out.
Watts Paisley –
We purchased this product because of the reviews and I must say they were right on. Just the right size reception is clear and it is a great radio for the price. We received radio stations loud and clear.
Evans Richard –
I live in Florida and past few hurricanes I lose power and communication. This radio will be coming in handy. If we lost our power. I like that I can charge it by sun The stations come in well with antenna up. The flashlight is bright. Good buy and recommend this
Barber Edward –
Did not realize it had a built in phone charger!
McClure Zoey –
Exactly what I needed for hurricane season. Nice size, ersality. Happy with this purchase.
Turner Jeffrey –
Honestly I bought this for a homeless man he requested the item because he will be able to listen for local storms approaching
Cannon Kennedy –
loke everything
Shepard Andrew –
wonderful in a emergency
Cooper Paisley –
We turned it on during a storm. It definitely makes you aware of what¡¯s going on. Good volume. We are happy with it.
Allen Mark –
this radio picks up a lot of stations i live out in the country was not expecting the reception. the lights are very bright
Wynn Gregory –
This radio we bought to keep in our emergency preparation gear. We liked and bought 4 to give to our 4 boys. Great Radio for the price.
Stewart Justin –
Have the radio set up for NOAA. Has gone off for a storm that was coming so know it works. Haven¡¯t used it yet for all the extra’s that come with it. Hoping never do but have it incase.
Austin Claire –
Terrible quality could buy something better at the dollar store cheaply made…!!!
Holbrook Michael –
I was thinking it would have been larger but still love it for emergencies
Boyd Ronald –
It has it all. Good for and emergency.
Ramirez Samuel –
Today, I turned it on and the battery symbol is showing all its bars suggesting it remains fully charged. I¡¯m happy to have this for peace of mind.
Justice Grace –
Radio is a little smaller than it looks being compared to cell phone in the product photo, but that’s a good thing. Gets both shortwave and weather bands. Solar panel works sitting on car dashboard during a cold, cloudy, dark day in Pacific Northwest, surprising.
Hernandez Robert –
Speaker is a mediocre mono unit adequate for an emergency radio with plenty of volume. Every button worked as advertised.
Cross Eric –
Nice compact size
Voss Kevin –
We could not believe the numerous features this little radio has and at such a great price! Easy to use, wonderful reception. We were amazed at all the great features it has and highly recommend it!
Walker Anthony –
Works very well. I like the multiple ways to charge the batteries. I am very glad I bought this
Gill Gary –
Bought this for emergencies. Tested it out and everything seems to work as advertised. I would recommend it.
Foley Madison –
Effective easy to use.
Ellis Paisley –
We liked our original so much that we bought this one with the digital screen instead of am/fm slide dial.
Davis Jacob –
I purchased this radio for emergency. Hopefully I don’t need to use it. Good feature that you can use the flashlight as a lamp as well. Easy to find the radio stations. Works great.
Nelson George –
Everything works as it should.
Cain Audrey –
Has a lot of clever features and functions. And they all work pretty well.
Robbins Brian –
Exactly as described and works great
Brown Jeffrey –
Bought this because of the Hurricane season, hopefully I won’t have to use it. The reception is great, easy to use, and I love the looks of it.
Byrd Eric –
The radio is great and I like the flashlight and backup power on there
Voss Timothy –
This is good functional product. I recommend everyone pick one up.
Wilson Nora –
Good size. Works well
Harris Madison –
Evans Zoey –
Bush Joseph –
I live in tornado alley it¡¯s so versatile to use power wise I just love it
Frye Mark –
For an idiot like me, this might be useful to have. The product is cool. I like the flashlights. Good reception. Easy.
Baldwin Charles –
I’ve had 3 or more hand crank radios through the years. It came fully charged, with a comprehensive instruction sheet. Sturdy and well thought out controls and features. Audio sound fair, as this is Emergency Radio, not an I-pod ! Will recommend to others !
Dodson Addison –
This is a great little emergency radio. The charge lasts for some time and the hand crank charge work relatively well. Also the fact that I can charge it like any other device as well as add batteries makes it that much better. I tested the ability to charge my phone from the radio and was able to fully charge it with about 1/4th of the radio battery left. Lastly the reception for the NOAA weather stations as well as regular radio stations is pretty good.
Jarvis Benjamin –
Good to have. Everything about it is excellent! Always happy to recommend it to others to have.
Chapman Claire –
I bought this to replace old nova radio. This has all the bells and whistles. I love the added Flashlight. It was smaller that I expected, but that makes it easier to move. Hang on the wall. Includes a clip to hand on belt or purse for easy transport. When weather bad. Electricity. And internet leaves us. Need self generating way to warn us. LOVE THE SOLAR PANEL and hand crank. Every family should have one. NOT only has am, fm, but also short wave mode Great gift for Father’s Day, XMAS.
Morris Gregory –
It¡¯s good to have when you¡¯re camping and out on the boat
Collins Patrick –
I purchased this radio for its flexibility – it can operate by an internal battery, an external power source, or a battery that can be recharged by a hand crank or a solar cell. Perfect for when the lights go out due to a power failure. The sound quality is good and it is able to tune in stations far from where I live. The only drawback, so far, is that the AM reception is poor but since I listen mostly to FM, that is not a problem for me.
Allen Madison –
Works great for beach or fishing
Jarvis Kenneth –
Purchased for use during tornado season. Love everything about this. Everything works. In feel more prepared the upcoming season.
Doyle Nora –
Came on time and fully charged. Easy to use.
Hernandez Steven –
I briefly reviewed the features when I received it and was impressed with flashlight. I was able to find a weather channel that was reasonably clear to hear. I did not listen to music which was not my intent when getting the radio. It is reasonably priced and provides some access to outside world when when power is lost. Happy it operates on batteries as well as the ability to crank power.
Glass Richard –
The digital tuner makes finding stations much easier than the models with manual dial tuning that were only a few dollars less.
Stephens Bella –
It will come in handy if we ever need it. Better to have just in case.
Young Larry –
My client loves it
Cooper Jerry –
Does everything well. Very good reception. I like it.
McBride Brian –
Love it. Bought one for my son. He also loves it
Evans George –
I was very happy with it
Ferrell Donald –
Good value,works as advertised.
Jones Thomas –
This is a great value
Sanchez Jacob –
So far my husband only tried this radio here at the house. But we live pretty secluded and have tons of trees around us. And so far this little device works great. He is planning on going on camping soon and then we will update review!
Hayden Brooklyn –
When I replaced my old weather radio, I figured I would get one that offered hand crank as well as solar charging. This was a good choice. The radio came in clear and alternate power options were both good.
Oakley Brian –
this will bring me a lot of peace of mind in case crap really hits the plan wherever I might be. I enjoy that it¡¯s small, lightweight, and has pretty much everything that I would need an emergency radio, including a way to charge my phone and charge the radio itself. I also love that it¡¯s a USB-C, which makes it convenient for pretty much everything else I own that uses is USB-C.
Justice Eric –
Great buy when the power goes out!
Davis Samantha –
Everything works just as stated in the description.
Thompson Samantha –
Small compact, 5 ways to power, lots of features including a reading light and a phone charger. Good for a go-bag or as part of an at-home emergency kit. The SOS feature is very loud, just right for finding a lost camper or startling an attacker, human or otherwise. Reception is good.
Underwood Charles –
Exactly as advertised fast ship
Morgan Bella –
this is great
Rogers Richard –
This thing is amazing! So worth it. The quality and everything it can do is amazing.
Dean Chloe –
I sent this to my sister in FL, after the hurricane. She says it works and she likes it.
Hollis Zoey –
This little unit seems to do everything as advertised. A couple of the tuning knobs are loose, as mentioned in another review. But this doesn’t seem to be a big issue as I only want this as a backup unit. I’m happy with this purchase.
McCall Bella –
Wynn Daniel –
Love it, flashlight, plugs in for all kinds of electric powering, solar panel, hand crank, and the radio, alarm, and it’s so cute and small.
Barber Ronald –
I plugged it into a charger, put batteries in it, and nothing! Will not turn on, flashlight does not work, nothing works! AVOID THIS PRODUCT!!
McClure Eleanor –
After the major set of storms that have happen in WV and the lost of power, this is exactly what I needed.
Barton Patrick –
This is exactly what we were looking for with more than planned. And a very good price
Donovan Zoey –
Works fine and efficiently.
Cross Larry –
Easy to use. Built in rechargeable battery, solar, crank,AC, or regular batteries. Speakers are a little under par.
Barber George –
This radio is perfect for my use in the shop and camping trips – it doubles as a backup battery and otherwise, runs for 60 hrs on a single charge (radio only) by my own usage. But the service by the company is most impressive. A few weeks after I got the radio, the power button was loose but still worked. I emailed the company directly and received a response immediately saying that they would gladly replace it – a new radio, and that I could keep the first radio w/o sending it back. Now I have one for the shop and one for the tent.
Stephens Frank –
Exactly what I needed.
Robbins James –
This radio was more than I expected. It has all the bands one would expect – 7 weather bands, AM, FM and Shortware – and has a fair price. Highly recommended.
Barber Edward –
haven¡¯t had time to Completely test it out but so far it is exactly what we were looking for
Duffy Christopher –
Great addition to my home when the power goes out, and it does often.
Francis Michael –
Very nice all around emergency radio
Stephens Jeffrey –
Very surprised how great this little radio is. Have not used it for a long period of time so can’t tell about battery life. Great to have USB access so can also get a short charge for your phone as well. Great product!
Dean Robert –
Awesome emergency radio. A lot of features. Cool gift idea for someone who has everything.
Thompson Ryan –
Amazing sound and functionality. This little radio is not only has a great sound for a small ‘package,’ it’s easy to use and doesn’t take up much space in your backpack and luggage. I enjoy it every day!
Allen Nicholas –
Quality product for ¡°extreme times!¡±
McNeil Michael –
Very handy for power outages. Nice and loud. I listen to an AM station about 30 miles away for news during emergencys. Very easy to use. I bought 2, one for me and one for a gift. I plan on giving more for gifts.
Hollis Nora –
A+ more than I expected. Very pleased.
Beck Christopher –
There isn¡¯t anything I don¡¯t like about this little emergency radio. In fact 3 people besides myself purchased one for them me telling them about mine. The price first was amazing. I couldn¡¯t believe the amount it was sold for . The different stations were one reason I purchased it. The clarity as well as the sound. I liked the fact that you could also use regular batteries for this radio if you have absolutely had to. Or plug it in and it held an amazing hold. I like the fact that you could hand crank it to charge it and also you could solar power it.
Robinson Claire –
For power outages
McBride Robert –
Good reception, light. I highly recommend.
Young Grace –
I bought this multi-function radio for hurricane season and thankfully we haven¡¯t had to use it yet. It can be charged by electric outlet, solar power, and hand crank. It¡¯s an AM/FM radio, flashlight and lamp; and small enough to throw into a bag. It¡¯s good for a trip to the beach or sitting in the yard. All the functions and features are listed on the webpage and it does not disappoint.
McCall Anthony –
Made very well I like it from an engineering point of view. Hope never to test it in an emergency but I feel better off with it on my desk. IT HAS ALL FACETS ADVERTISED. Very nice and the price is great.
Herring Adam –
Received what was stated. Good product
Baldwin Stephen –
Was shocked by the quality due to the size. Really works so well. The sound is clear and the appearance is nice. This is in our go bag and I am thrilled with the purchase.
Phillips Anthony –
This radio is designed to provide information in an emergency and also provides light and power- it is powered by a hand crank, solar cells or AAA Batteries- it even has a siren if you get lost. Good looking, compact and light, but it gives a feeling of quality- Several short wave, weather channel and AM-FM bands to choose from. I like it bery much and the price is very good. Delivered promptly.
Shepard Zoey –
Good reception, good quality, great emergency Radio in case of hurricane or major power outage
Conner Eleanor –
I was very satisfied with my new radio. Everything worked well and especially the siren was really loud..
Gentry Samuel –
Ordered this in preparation for power outages. Worked great. Got to charge my phone too
Campbell Benjamin –
First, this company went above and beyond with customer service! Had to contact them and I can¡¯t say enough about this company. The product quality is great and love all the features! I normally don¡¯t write reviews but this company deserves to be recognized for happy customer and yes would buy again from them!
Landry Jack –
I like how it is powered by different sources. Tuning short wave stations is difficult with tuning granularity.
Chapman Kevin –
This is an excellent radio. The crank works well and provides power quickly. The radio is easy to use and has many features. The lights are bright and it picks up stations well. The volume is loud. It is a great thing to have in an emergency or when camping. I definitely recommend.
Cain Savannah –
I listen to the weather channels on it all the time especially the storms that just happened it keeps me in touch with what’s going on on the outside of my house with the weather
Barber Charles –
Only used it for a little while on battery power, seems to run easy and fine
Kane Audrey –
Love this little radio. Our power went out and I used it to charge my phone while listening to the radio and when it got dark I used the light to see. I had bought it for camping but used it early. Definitely happy with my purchase. Oh I haven¡¯t even put batteries in it. It did all that with me just winding it up.
Underwood Zoey –
This little radio is perfect for hurricane season because it’s solar powered, battery powered, and spin powered. It has great reception.
Oakley Bella –
Just what we wanted
Flores Bella –
I love that it’s small and very useful,I highly recommend it
Holbrook Gary –
Even with the Li batteries full charged, it will not work unless the AAA batteries are inserted, even after/when using the crank. This leads me to believe the back up power solutions are not functioning–maybe just for show. Not very desirable for an emergency device. I will be returning the unit.
Gill Raymond –
Small size makes it easy to carry around. Multiple battery and charging options are great. Should we experience power and communication disruption, we can keep informed about what is happening and the recovery progress. Pleased with this item. Great for the low cost!
Fry Samuel –
Good price for features. Is NOAA alert always on if you want constant noaa updates which is optional.
Daniel Samuel –
Since we live in a hurricane area on the Gulf coast, we felt it was important to have a back up means of communication when telephone lines and towers went out.
Franklin Jeffrey –
The battery life is good and works perfectly. I sent it for my dad in the island and he loves it.
Roberts Frank –
I just recieved this but I’m really pleased with it. I didnt spend a lot of time researching different ones but it’s better than anything I could imagine at this price.
Day Nicholas –
I can¡¯t explain it but the only station that is clear for me is the Christian radio, and each time I turn it on it specifically talks to exactly what I¡¯m going through. Must buy.
Curry Gregory –
A must have for any emergency. Solar power and crank all work. Charges cell phones and other small devices. AC charger is great. Radio/NOA work well. Nice optional battery compartment. Bright light and audible alert. USB connection to charge devices is nice. Really good emergency radio and highly recommend.
Bowen Raymond –
NOAA cuts in to provide pertinent storm reports. Those reports are localized to my service area.
Cain Edward –
I was pleased with the purchase. Hopefully will never actually need to use it, but it is part of our emergency kit. Powered by multiple sources: solar and hand-cranked, comes with a rechargeable battery already loaded (and power cord), and uses AA batteries. Also has the ability to activate the “weather alert” function so you get notices of severe events in your area.
Rogers Justin –
Must have for households! Affordable, durable, plenty of options for power too!
Doyle Richard –
I’ve been trying to find a chargeable radio that will last me at least a year. This wasn’t the one. Disappointed. It worked great until it didn’t. Bought last August ////// Update: The seller contacted me and refunded me for the radio that died. Great customer service. Trying another radio from them.
Glass Lucy –
For the price this emergency radio works very well.
Justice Thomas –
It is very powerful for it’s size
Holbrook John –
I like that it can charge 5 different ways and I can charge my phone!
Foley Eric –
In a changing world, great to have something so useful that you can use almost anywhere. crank it up to use it, take it camping, to the beach fishing or just on a road trip, need weather alerts when out of cell service? this radio keeps you informed, is small enough to bring anywhere and powerful enough to keep you informed when you need it.
Franklin Paul –
Groves Jeffrey –
this is perfect size for emergencies. it puts out a lot of light and the sound is great. i also tried out the phone charging system for my iphone and it really does charge.
Wentworth Christopher –
Great price on this potentially life saving device.
Allen Anna –
I didn’t know what to expect, whether this would be super cheap or feel like it was going to fall apart. I was wrong This things pretty robust. Has a lot of features. Lights are bright. Radio worked well. Chargers worked well. Overall I’m happy with it as a hurricane preparedness device
Carter Samuel –
great quality for price.
Ramirez Scott –
Lee Jacob –
Ellis Matthew –
It¡¯s worth every penny
Rogers Jerry –
I did not expect much being an emergency radio that was fairly priced. However after unboxing it and playing with it and its features, I think it is a great purchase.
Moore Bella –
This was easy to operate and gets great reception.
Adams Kenneth –
The product works well right out of the box!
Haney Brian –
It¡¯s a great size for traveling
Harris Claire –
I honestly have to say the little radio works very well. I bought it for the weather alert, and it has already proven itself. We received an alert and it was very loud, you can’t miss hearing it. The other bands work quite well also.
Drake Eleanor –
Great product in case of bad weather
Garcia Lucy –
No dislike its very good
Craig Chloe –
I bought FOUR (4) of these!! I bought one each for my 3 adult daughters and their families. I also bought one for my wife and I. It took thought and study but I believe I chose well.
Hernandez William –
GREAT investment!
Thompson Donald –
It charges easily in sunlight.
Turner Stephen –
Suuuuuuper cool would absolutely purchase again!
Ramirez Kenneth –
none
Hanley Bella –
I haven¡¯t had the need to use this full-time, but I did test it out and it works just fine. I don¡¯t know if I¡¯ll ever need it, but it¡¯s comforting to know that I have it just in case!
Anderson Chloe –
Everything was packed well and worked great. Shipment was pretty quick as well.
Gentry Chloe –
It has all the features you need when in an emergency situation.
Farrell James –
I tested it out and looks, preforms and useful when needed
Guthrie Joshua –
Availability.
Young Steven –
Excellent little weather radio. Many features to help in the increasingly inclement weather. Definitely an essential for personal safety. Well recommended.
Hernandez Christopher –
Features re great. Haven’t used enough to rate battery.
Thompson Ronald –
Bought this for my sister who lives in Florida. The following comments are hers: The solar charging works well for the radio and the light is very bright. Pulls in more stations than my other radio. Haven’t owned it long enough to rate the battery or to attempt to charge my phone.
Fowler Kenneth –
good price, cool color and got here within a few days.
Farrell Kenneth –
I like the small size and all of its features. It has good sound quality.
Conner Patrick –
I bought one of these for my grandson. Then I had his brothers wanting them too. I have purchased three so far and am wanting one myself. Very great to have for weather awareness. I have been adding items like this to my inventory since serviving a hurricane. Spent 2 months without power. This is a life saver.
Martin Timothy –
This is a really nice radio. We take it fishing and don¡¯t have to worry about batteries and have the weather channel at your fingertips.
Davis Madison –
Figure I need one the way the world is turning.
Duffy Jack –
No selective tuning capabilities. Otherwise everything was satisfactory.
Young Addison –
Does what it is supposed to.
Sanchez Grace –
Got this as a birthday gift for my dad. He loves it and talks about it often. He even talked one of his friends into getting the same one haha
Stewart Grace –
Bought incase power were to ever go out. Needed this more times from storms that took power out for days.
Williams George –
Covers all the bases. Everyone needs one of these.
Turner Samuel –
I am pleased with the quality, multifunctions and charging. It¡¯s lightweight and compact. The light works well
Collins Michael –
Perfect. Just what I needed.
Ashby Larry –
If you live in an area like I do that is inclined to have tornadoes snow and ice in the winter, with severe winter storms. This is a good device to have hand during power outages.
Thatcher Patrick –
I love it! This is without a doubt the most versatile and compact radio I have ever seen.
Cooper Audrey –
Perfect dependable product and moments when I need it. A lot of functions that I could take advantage of when the moment comes A perfect all in one solution when I need it most. Pleasantly surprised
Lewis Raymond –
The radio is awesome. Has many features such as USB charging , emergency alarm with flashing red light and bright flash light. The charging crank is easy to operate. The reception of the radio is excellent and quickly tuned into local weather and local radio station. This was a great purchase and will certainly be useful in the event of an emergency! I recommend this radio 100%!
Perez Jeffrey –
Exactly as advertised
Gentry Stephen –
Works perfectly, everything you would need and accurate. For the price! Get one
Justice Zoey –
I love this little radio. Perfect for any kind of emergency as well as every day use. It has good reception and pretty loud volume as well. Have not tried to charge it by the crank or the solar or tried to charge my phone with it yet but the flashlights work well and tuning is fine. I put batteries in it right away. Am keeping it by me most of the time as we have had an earthquake recently and storms. I highly recommend this radio. A great value for the price.
Fox Addison –
junk, do not buy
Holbrook Raymond –
A must have for any occasion
Stephens Kevin –
This is a great small Emengency Back-up Radio with multiole power sources. It picks up AM, FM, NOAA and Short-Wave broadcasts. It has internal battery, and a place for external batteries as well. Small Solar Panel on top too. Sound is decent for it’s size. Antenna extends for better reception. Tested and works well so far, will be glad it is here if ever needed.
Allen Eleanor –
Seems to be as advertised. Tried a couple of the features and all worked as described.
Austin Patrick –
Small compact and good value
Curry Lily –
I like the weather radio because it runs off of solar, batteries or hand crank
Baldwin David –
– it turns out the wiind was trying to peel some of the decorative aluminum shutters from the windows,,,,
Torres Gregory –
Working well, once you know how it is supposed to work.
Ramirez Kenneth –
The instructions aren’t real clear but it’s a great devise for weather issues. Yes I would recommend it
Lewis Adam –
Great item and great seller
Sparks Stephen –
Very useful in case of any emergencies
Frye Stephen –
Good quality, no installation, and very easy to use
McCall Sarah –
Works just fine
Doyle Kenneth –
It was smaller than I thought but it¡¯s a good product. Delivered on time. I¡¯m happy!
Hayden Gregory –
I bought this to keep in my vehicle. I like everything about it.
Brock Lily –
Easy to operate. Nice for battery or crank power. Powerful flashlight also. Weather channel nice also. Have the usb connection to my computer. Great for the price
Moore Adam –
Dodson Donald –
It is a great product easy to use and convenient size.
Rogers Daniel –
Works
Brady Thomas –
Like the automatic siren alert. Used for severe storm warnings and tornado watch.
Rivera Jack –
I did not expect much being an emergency radio that was fairly priced. However after unboxing it and playing with it and its features, I think it is a great purchase.
Haney Jason –
It can be carried 3 ways to use. It does work. And will be needed soon
Baldwin Raymond –
As advertised
Dillard Patrick –
I like the many tuner features and the multiple methods to recharge in an emergency. This appears to be a solid, well-built device that has the potential to help in any weather situation. Did not like that only one noaa band could be picked up but a quick response from support reassured me that was not uncommon and even typical. Thumbs up for this product!
McCall Robert –
Works good. Having the crank is a safety factor in case you don’t have batteries close by
Holbrook Patrick –
Todos de calidad suficiente y de acuerdo al precio
Williams Stephen –
Amazing. Perfect. High power flashlight and lamp. Good power source. Good radio range. Superb design. Just buy it even if you dont need it you WONT regret. Easy to use dials, long battery performance, perfect to carry around in whatever situation, very versatile, and it just works great over all.
Foley Jack –
Hanley Eleanor –
Good product good for the price
Anderson Timothy –
Showing my son how to pick up radio stations like when I was a kid.
Doyle George –
Great little radio to have on hand in case of emergencies! It has several features such as a reading light and a flashlight, charging ports, a carrying handle, it is lightweight in case you need to travel with it. Overall seems like a great product.
Benson Stephen –
I have not, as of yet experienced any real emergency, and with Gods blessing I will not. But the product works well.
Finnegan Patrick –
Have no used as charger but radio is alright
Justice Anna –
Hard to tune in stations, lots of static. Had to place in different places in the room to attempt to get reception.
Campbell Dennis –
I love my weather radio it has all the bells and whistles. I need it..
Beck Edward –
it worked well for about a week and then the battery stopped holding any charge at all. even when using an electric charger it wouldn’t even begin to take a charge.
Landry Ryan –
light weight, multiple useful features, very affordable price…will be handy in an emergency….just what I wanted
Shepard Gary –
Happy
Haney Madison –
Small size but good sound and good features. Good for emergency situations.
Wentworth Bella –
Nice features. Good sound.
Day Addison –
Multi features
McDowell Kevin –
A really versatile radio at a low cost!
Thomas Jeffrey –
Great devise for storm blackouts.
Goodwin Mark –
I only need it for radio stations but it so good to know about the other features. The emergency weather it is so important to have! I am not sure about the battery or solar charge. Since I mostly use it to listen to the radio, I have not an honest opinion about them. The audio is very good. I recommend
Phillips Matthew –
I was impressed that this is a well made product with great functionality
Cain Skylar –
There is a lot of functionality in this little radio. I have used it during bad storms and it performed flawlessly. No matter what station I tune it to, the reception is great and the sound is clear. I scanned for weather and received clear, timely information. It has a clear display that includes a clock. There is also a flashlight. It can be powered by electrical outlet, batteries, or there is also a crank for emergency power. It is very well made and sturdy. There is also a carrying strap, but it is small enough to fit in any pack. Great product.
Ferrell Claire –
Living in Hurricane alley this radio is handy when the power goes out and I need information on how the storms are moving
Voss Justin –
Product was exactly as described.
Groves Paisley –
Fantastic!! Worked during hurricane
Allen Matthew –
This was for a friend. She said it had all her requirements. She likes. The large display and the crank being easy to turn
Curry Michael –
Very easy to use, practical, light weight. Great buy.

Great little radio that will charge your cell.
Allen Brian –
We acquired this to have a weather radio with broadcast and shortwave bands for use in an emergency. The radio is sensitive enough to pick up the stations in our area that carry emergency information. The other features, lights, generator, etc., are a nice addition.
McCall Madison –
We bought to use during possible storms and hurricanes since we live on the gulf of Mexico. Will be a handy tool.
Chapman Michael –
We had a storm and I was so happy to have the solution to hear the weather and have a light for when we lost our power. Great little powerful radio with all the answers when you have no power. Just needs batteries.
Foster George –

We lose our power every so often, in any season. I already had one of these, and it works WONDERFULLY !!! So many extras on this including an alarm. It has a handful of options to power it. I loved our first one so much, that I had to get a second. Thank you for a great product!

Use this for gardening and carry with when wandering through the woods. It’s lightweight and having a weather radio is a great idea.
Allen Zoey –
Quality, flashlight, charger, size and reception.
Brown Kennedy –
Very convenient. A great item to have around for emergencies.
Francis Benjamin –
This was one of the most important things I’ve considered buying, we recently had an earthquake and we were definitely prepared.
Morgan Audrey –
My husband wanted a good emergency weather radio. This one met all of his requirements – solar, hand crank, etc. This works as advertised and I would recommend it. We haven’t tried the solar yet but everything else works great.
Gill Savannah –
Not bad for the price. The dial and station marker don¡¯t quite sync and isn¡¯t sensitive enough for short wave band. But the light is powerful and compact design is decent for camping.
Kirby Justin –
I live in Tornado country so I will sleep better knowing I have this to warn me of impending bad weather.
Voss Donald –
Easy tonsetup. And control volume. Compact and great quality. Looks amazing and battery life is long.
Bates Sarah –
Nice, solid emergency radio. Small-easy to store. Instructions clearly presented. Good value.
Cross Dennis –
This is a very cool little radio. I was able to charge the battery in a minute with the crank and that was a few days ago. I charged my phone with it, the lights are bright, and I will be recommending this to everyone. It is lightweight and very simple to use.
Dillard James –
Works perfectly!
Thompson Madison –

Watts Jerry –
Easy to use. Came in time for all our storms here in Florida
Hayden Paisley –
I live in Oklahoma & not too far from an area of the state that gets many tornadoes during storm season. This emergency radio is helpful to have on hand & is a great addition to the preparedness kit I keep in the closet under my stairs. I specifically wanted one with a hand crank in case it loses charge, a loud alarm, and flashing lights so I could signal if needed *knocks on wood*. It’s just a bonus to me that it also has several other light options for keeping the space bright & can charge my phone.
Harris Jacob –
Sites that you can charge this weather radio six different ways. I have had it off and on in my garage for a week and seems to be working fine. It’s like a little mini boombox. Nice that it has two different lights on it as well
Groves Jason –
Seems to be a great choice. Always meant to get a weather alert radio. Also wanted to get a small battery FM radio for use while working out in the yard. Now I have both. + a light and a phone charger
Brown Chloe –
Bowen Michael –
I bought this for emergencies and luckily haven’t had to use it yet. It does work, though.
Melton Timothy –
This emergency radio has so many features that are needed during an emergency. Great product for the price.
Murphy Jason –
This is what you need in your survival/camping kit. It has multiple ways to get charged; batteries, usb, hand crank, solar, you name it. It’s a flash light, reading light, radio, charging station. Amazing versatility and looks good doing it.
Cook Audrey –
I love the solar power that keeps this little radio going. I do have batteries for it, but I haven¡¯t put them in yet. I think it¡¯s a great little radio to have for emergencies and we keep ours in our car for that reason. I would definitely buy it again, probably buy enough for my family members as well.
Baker Richard –
I loved these potentially life saving radios and bought several as gifts. The people who got them, loved them as well. And with the crazy weather here in mid Michigan they will come in very handy

All functions work great! It¡¯s well worth the cost.
